day 1 (morning)

Just woke up. I drank the laxative tea last night and so far, my "bathroom visit" was relatively normal. The tea is pretty good (Traditional Medicinals brand) and I had it last night. I made the quart of water to 2 tsp salt mix and it was nasty. I made a little more than a quart, but I only finished 3/4 of the mix as I felt like I was going to throw up. Seems similar to Erich's reaction. 

In any case, today is day 1 and we'll see how it goes. I play COD4 (but my xbox360's in the shop at the moment), so (in british accent) "Let's do this!"
